Our pricing is based on concurrent users, not total users. With QuoteWerks, you can have an unlimited number of named users. So if 7 team members use QuoteWerks, but only 2 at a time, you only need 2 licenses.

It’s like getting 7 users for the price of 2.

With QuoteWerks, you only pay for concurrent users...not every employee who might ever use the software. If your team members use QuoteWerks at different times, they can share a license. This flexible concurrent model can slash your license costs compared to per-named-user pricing. More value, less waste.

At QuoteWerks, we have all of the documentation and videos you need to get started at your own pace.

We do not have any activation fees.

You may however, want to utilize our reasonably priced Accelerated Implementation, Sales Rep, and Admin Training. This is our recommendation  to ensure a quick and thorough implementation so.
