What Sources Can I Pull Contact Information From?

QuoteWerks Web can pull contacts from the QuoteWerks Native Contact Database and from supported connected systems. Depending on your configuration, this can include CRM or PSA sources such as Act! for Web, Autotask, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pipedrive, salesforce.com, SugarCRM, and Zoho CRM. The exact source options available in the Lookup Contact window depend on which integrations are configured for your tenant. 

To add a contact, open the Lookup Contact window from the Contacts menu, the left navigation panel, or the magnifying glass on the Sold to/Ship to tab. Search for the contact, then choose whether to add the record to Sold To, Ship To, Bill To, or All. 

If you manually typed customer details into the Sold to/Ship to tab instead of selecting an existing CRM record, QuoteWerks Web can also create a company record in supported connected systems directly from that tab.
